Nusuk is Saudi Arabia's official Hajj and Umrah platform. Install it only from an official store and avoid look-alikes — the app and every permit are free.
Sign up with email, verify it, then complete your profile with your passport and visa or border number. Enter every detail exactly as printed.
With your profile verified, an Umrah permit takes about a minute: pick a date and prayer-time slot, confirm, and get a QR ticket to scan at the Haram.
Entry to the Rawdah in Masjid an-Nabawi needs a free Nusuk permit. Booking is stricter than Umrah: separate men's and women's times, a yearly limit, and a confirmation step.
Your Rawdah permit starts as Awaiting Confirmation. You must confirm it at least 48 hours before, or the system can cancel it and release your seat.
Rawdah seats drop in batches about every 20 minutes and around Friday for the week ahead. Refresh on the :00, :20 and :40 marks and grab a green slot fast.
The Rawdah is normally once every 365 days. Near the Prophet's Mosque with location on, the app can offer same-day Instant Track appointments.
If your plans change, cancel early so the seat frees up for another pilgrim. Remember the once-a-year limit may stop you rebooking the same year.
Arrive at the right gate at the right time carrying only what's allowed. Men commonly use Gate 37; women have their own gates and times. Aim for 20-30 minutes early.
Almost every Nusuk problem is one of a dozen patterns — sync delays, mismatched details, missed confirmations, wrong gate. Here's the fix for each.
