As an international pilgrim you’ll create an account with your email, verify it, and then complete your profile using your passport and visa (or border) number. Take your time on this part — most problems people face later begin with a small mistake here.

(1) Open the app and tap “Login Or Register”

When you launch Nusuk for the first time you’ll see the welcome screen. Tap Login Or Register to begin.

You can tap “Continue as Guest” to look around, but you cannot book any permit as a guest — you must have a verified account.

(2) Choose “Register New Account”

 

On the “Log In to Continue” sheet you’ll see three options. As a new international user, tap Register New Account.

  • Login with Email — use this later, once your account exists.
  • Login with Nafath — this is only for Saudi citizens and residents (it links to the Saudi national ID system). International visitors should not use it.

No. The account, the app and the Umrah and Rawdah permits are all free. Anyone charging for registration or permits is not official.
