He ﷺ said: “Between my house and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise.” This blessed place, the Rawdah, is among the most beloved spots on earth, and the longing to pray there is a beautiful, understandable ache. But the Rawdah will test your manners too — because so many hearts love it, it is often crowded, and entry now is arranged through appointments and time slots. So do not turn a garden of Paradise into a place of pushing and impatience and self. If Allah grants you in, be grateful beyond words. If the door is hard to reach, do not let your disappointment rob you of the reward of patience — for waiting with remembrance is worship, restraining the tongue is worship, making room for a tired stranger is worship, and leaving without bitterness is worship. And if you do pray there, pray simply and sincerely, and do not rush your heart even if the minutes are short. Thank Him. Send your blessings. And ask Him not only for another visit one day, but for a life shaped, from this day, by the Sunnah of the one you came to love.
