What this site is

The Umrah Guide is a free educational resource offering practical and spiritual guidance for pilgrims performing Umrah. We are an independent publication. We are not affiliated with the government of Saudi Arabia, the Nusuk platform, or any travel agency, and we do not sell Umrah packages, visas or permits.

Educational content, not formal rulings

Our articles explain rituals and religious rulings as clearly and faithfully as we can, drawing on mainstream scholarship. They are educational summaries, not personal fatwas. For rulings that depend on your individual circumstances — health, travel constraints, school of thought — please consult a qualified scholar. Likewise, health-related content is general information, not medical advice; consult a doctor for your specific situation.

Accuracy and third-party services

Procedures for visas, permits and the Nusuk app change frequently. We work to keep guides current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail reflects the latest official requirements. Always verify critical details with official sources before you travel. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of our content, nor for the availability or behaviour of third-party services we describe or link to.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design and original imagery — belongs to The Umrah Guide unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links to our articles. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is fine; republishing whole articles without permission is not.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it for spam purposes, or post unlawful or abusive content in comments or forms.

The app

The Umrah Guide app is provided free of charge, “as is”. Store-specific terms from Apple and Google also apply to app downloads.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Umrah Guide is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
